Joel Foster is a Tucson-based writer. Born and raised outside Boston, Joel served as a teacher for a decade before launching a writing career, where he's written political speeches, commercials, and campaign materials, in addition to ghostwriting a handful of books and authoring a book about, oddly, hairstyling tips for teenage girls. In his spare time, Joel likes to hike, bike, read, and create material for Keep Tucson Sketchy, a live sketch comedy show performed in downtown Tucson.
